I've tested with runtime version 49 and got some errors.

This patch also introduces some cleanups to reduce flatpak size.

Runtime is not updated yet due to the problems found in newer versions. There was already PR #62 that tried to update it...

Currently observed issues:

• App starts with a warning: The old GL renderer has been removed. Try GSK_RENDERER=help
• Lack of GLES 2.0 in GTK4 = app broken on devices that use it
